{"id":116,"date":"2024-08-05T15:43:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T13:43:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amicalelaiquettt.fr\/?page_id=116"},"modified":"2024-08-06T12:32:19","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T10:32:19","slug":"la-gym-douce","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/amicalelaiquettt.fr\/index.php\/la-gym-douce\/","title":{"rendered":"La gym douce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances de gymnastique douce sont anim\u00e9es par&nbsp;V\u00e9ronique GRAS, masseuse kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute, le jeudi matin de 11h \u00e0 12h dans la salle polyvalente de Tr\u00e9vou-Tr\u00e9guignec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gymnastique douce constitue un ensemble de m\u00e9thodes compos\u00e9es d\u2019exercices de placement, d\u2019\u00e9tirements progressifs, de renforcement musculaire l\u00e9ger, d\u2019\u00e9quilibre et de d\u00e9tente. Elle insiste sur l\u2019importance de la prise de conscience des tensions musculaires de l\u2019individu consid\u00e9r\u00e9 dans sa globalit\u00e9. Les exercices propos\u00e9s associent le mouvement, la pens\u00e9e, la respiration et l\u2019observation des sensations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gymnastique douce encadr\u00e9e par un masseur kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>insiste particuli\u00e8rement sur les corrections individuelles, sur la bonne humeur et le bien-\u00eatre afin que tous les participants repartent de la s\u00e9ance apais\u00e9s mais dynamis\u00e9s, ayant fait en quelque sorte le&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp; plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution de notre mode de vie a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9.
